jbs ferm® Print E-mail

jbs ferm® is suitable for optimizing the fermentation of any forage which is easy or medium-difficult to ensile.

Intensive research (i.a. FAL Braunschweig, Germany) during the last 20 years has proven: the main part of natural lactic acid bacteria (LAB) is heterofermentative and is wasting valuable energy and time during conversion of sugar (fructose / glucose) in lactic acid, acetic acid, alcohol and CO2. Moreover the effectiveness of lactic acid bacteria reduces considerably with increasing dry matter content which is the most common factor for many problems such as dry matter- and energy losses, unfavourable pH values, fermentation failures, raised butyric acid concentration etc.

Effects

Our especially selected lactic acid bacteria strains converse easy-digestible sugar, which is only available at the start of fermentation, 6 times more effectively than natural lactic acid bacteria.

Convincing facts:

  • reduces losses during fermentation
  • improves palatability and feed intake
  • lowers pH-value rapidly
  • increases profitability
  • easy in use and easy to store
  • high storage stability
  • not corrosive
  • readily soluble
  • manufactured in line with FAMI-QS
  • 0,71 € (per tonne silage) basic price
    less quantity discount

Declaration of Absence of GMOs

  1. No genetically modified raw material is used for the production of the natural microorganisms in jbs ferm®.
  2. The microorganisms used are natural microorganisms that have not been genetically modified or engineered by DNA technology.
  3. The carrier contained is not genetically modified.
