 Almost all twines on the German market are produced with meterage tolerances which can make a considerable difference in real meterage. If you compare bulk packs of several manufacturers, some rolls have a tolerance of at least -15%, with HD-twine we even noticed a tolerance of more than -20%. The meterage readings 130 / 150 / 320 etc. are not in accordance with the real meterage per kilo but are just a classification.
We do not want to discredit the qualities of other twine manufacturers: on the contrary! There are well-known manufacturers who have produced twine of excellent quality for years.
Though what we want to point out is that for years we have supplied the only twine that has the real meterage per kilo on the roll: our jbs-xl-binding twine. You don´t have to change rolls that often because there is more on the roll. jbs-xl-binding twine is lower priced and combined with higher productivity it is thus more effective compared to other classified twines. 
We can supply premium binding twine for any field of application: jbs 130 / 150xl for big balers, jbs 320 / 400xl for high-pressure balers and jbs 600 / 750xl for round balers. Additionally we offer twine, applicable for extremely high-pressure big balers of the newest generation: jbs-x-treme 110xl. Repeat orders at short notice during the season are no problem.
