jbs silo varnish 100 is a bituminous lacquer based on HVB-bitumen (= high vacuum bitumen). It has a softening temperature of Ruk 100°C. The solvent is purified and free of phenol.

jbs silo varnish 100 forms a protective coating applicable on concrete, plaster and brickwork surfaces. When used for the first time, every coating should dry properly.

jbs silo varnish 100 does not form a sticky surface due to its high quality. Rests of varnish do not stick to the silage, or to the silage cover.

jbs silo varnish 100 is especially made for forage silos. The varnish is highly resistent to fermentation acids.

jbs silo varnish 100 should be put on in at least two coatings: the ground coat and top coat. The surface of the silo should be dry, cleaned and free of dirt. The varnish can be put on by painting, rolling or by airless-spraying.

jbs silo varnish 100 is food safe due to its purified solvent and thus suitable to apply in drinking water tanks or reservoirs.
